Stakeholders are hereby informed that the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), is still in the transition exercise following the Public Procurement (PP) Act, 2021, which came into effect on the 14th April 2022, a date on which the former Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) ceased to exist and PPRA came into being. The PPADB Brand still appears here and there such as in the Website, IPMS and in some circulating forms. Stakeholders are informed that where PPADB appears, for example, on the forms or other documents, it should be taken or read as PPRA.
