- The end-to-end process automation (from contractor registration, ITT preparation & vetting, adjudication and award) will be enforced through a secure environment with audit trails to ensure accountability
- Certain management reports generated from the system will make analysis of data and decision making much easier than previously. As an example, by the click of the button, the system will be able to show a percentage of tenders awarded to 100% citizen owned or indeed their participation or non-participation in certain types of tenders.
Committees of the Board (MTC’s and DATC’s)
- Reduced tendering cycle as time will be saved through online compilation of the correct ITT for the required service and submission of ITT’s by PE’s for vetting
